Q: What is the mattress height? A: 8″ high
Q: What are the mattress dimensions? A: Our children’s mattress is 38″x75″ and fits in any standard Twin frame.
Q: How do you meet flame retardancy regulations? A: All of our mattresses are quilted with wool which is naturally flame retardant.
Q: Can I pick up the mattress? A: Yes. The children’s mattresses are in stock at our warehouse in Richmond, CA. Our pickup days are Friday and Saturday only.
Q: Do you ship outside the Bay Area? What’s the shipping cost? A: Yes! Shipping lead time is around 2-4 weeks. For shipping charges please contact the store.
Q: How is it different from the adult mattresses? Can adults sleep on it? A: The ergonomic construction is less sophisticated than our adult mattresses. This basic design is appropriate for children, but they don’t provide the contour and support an adult needs for full-time use. They are perfectly appropriate for occasional adult use: reading bedtime stories or hosting an overnight guest.
Q: Is it waterproof? A: No. We use only breathable materials to promote better temperature regulation and prevent allergens like mold, mildew and dust mites. The plastics required to create a waterproof barrier would trap moisture.
